You don’t need to be told what to do.
You just need someone to listen.
Someone who understands the complexity of what you’re going through.
Someone who won’t judge you, rush you, or pressure you.
These sessions are here to offer you that space.
These are gentle, supportive conversations where you can:
talk openly about your situation
release what you’ve been holding in
feel heard and understood
begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing
This is a space where you don’t have to explain everything perfectly.
You can come exactly as you are.
How sessions work
Each support session is 30 minutes, offering you a dedicated space to be heard, supported, and understood.
You can choose the format that feels most comfortable for you — whether that’s through chat, a phone call, or a FaceTime-style video session.
Sessions can be booked weekly for ongoing support, or at times that suit you and your personal needs. To create a sense of consistency and deeper support, sessions are offered in packs (for example, 10 sessions), allowing you to have a continued space rather than a one-off conversation.
